PORTFOLIO
2019
Fastnetlinks Innovation Hub successfully completed the setup of a fully equipped computer lab at the Walewale Vocational School, aimed at enhancing digital learning and providing students with the skills needed to thrive in an increasingly tech-driven world. The project involved the installation of modern computers, peripherals (such as printers and scanners), networking equipment, and a reliable internet connection, creating a dynamic learning environment for both students and faculty.
2020
Fastnetlinks Innovation Hub has been entrusted with the management of the Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) system and School Mapping for the Ghana Education Service (GES). This pivotal project is aimed at improving the efficiency of grievance handling and providing accurate, up-to-date data on the state of schools across Ghana, ensuring better decision-making and resource allocation.
2021
FNL manages the School Mapping initiative, which involves collecting and maintaining detailed geographical and infrastructural data about schools across the country. This data includes information on school locations, facilities, enrollment numbers, and other key parameters that assist the GES in planning, policy formulation, and efficient resource distribution. The mapping system allows for the visualization of this data in an interactive and accessible format, making it easier for decision-makers to identify areas of need and prioritize interventions.
2022
Fastnetlinks Innovation Hub successfully completed the installation of the Computerized Administration and Payroll (CAP) System in six regions across Ghana, significantly enhancing the efficiency of the Ghana Education Service's administrative and payroll functions. The CAP system, which integrates various educational management processes, aims to streamline payroll management, improve data accuracy, and ensure timely payments for educators and staff.
2023
Fastnetlinks Innovation Hub developed a comprehensive web portal for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Young Africa Innovate (YAI), aimed at empowering young people and fostering economic development across Ghana. The portal serves as a central hub for the YAI program, providing seamless access to information, resources, and services for youth participants, mentors, and program administrators.
2024
Fastnetlinks Innovation Hub successfully built and managed a dedicated call center for the UNDP Young Africa Innovate (YAI) program, enhancing communication and support for youth participants, mentors, and program coordinators.
